Our origin story starts with Merritt Realty, a commercial real estate company founded in 2000 that services Florida’s Gulf Coast. Over the years, Merritt Realty found that more and more clients needed additional business consulting and brokerage services, so in 2016, we established CORE Corporate Advisors.
The CORE Business Brokerage team connects business buyers and sellers while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. We have the experience you need with every facet of the process, and with a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide top-notch service as we build long-term relationships with our clients.
